Don't hesitate to contact us. If we don't answer the first time, call back every couple minutes or so until we do. 
Our staff is top notch, if they don't answer there is probably a good reason for it - eg. a fire in the kitchen (our culinary classes don't always go smoothly), potty emergency, cat attack, etc... you get the idea.
